Q: What is a massage?
A: The use of pressure, friction, stroking, tapping or kneading on the human body, or the use of vibration or stretching for the purpose of, but not limited to, maintaining good health and establishing and maintaining good physical condition.
Q: When should I arrive?
A: New clients need to arrive fifteen minutes before the start of their appointment to fill out an intake form. OR clients can print the form here and bring it in filled out.
I recommend everyone arrive five minutes early to allow time to use the restroom and silence devices.
A late arrival may result in a shorter session so as to not remove time from the client's session after yours.
Q: What should I wear?
A: Whatever makes you comfortable. If you choose to dress down for the service, I will leave the room before you do. You will be covered by a blanket during the treatment, and I'll exit before you change back. I recommend avoiding thick, heavy materials such as denim if you choose to stay clothed for the massage.
Q: Am I expected to leave gratuity?
A: I ask every client if they would like to leave a gratuity after completion of services. This is 100% optional and not required to receive treatment. If you would like to, but not sure how much to give, simply follow the same guidelines you would for any other service (dining, hair styling, etc.)

Policies & Procedures
Cancellation Policy
Rebelle Massage has a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you need to make changes to or cancel your appointment, you must notify me at least 24 hours before the start of your service. Clients who do not arrive for their appointment or who late cancel will need to pay the balance of that missed appointment before they can be placed back on the schedule for another treatment. Please be aware that a late arrival may result in a shorter session so as to not remove time from the client's session after yours.
Jewelry & Valuables
I recommend that you remove your jewelry and other valuables before you leave home. This will ensure a more comfortable treatment experience and that none of your sentimental belongings are lost.
Rebelle Massage cannot be held liable for any lost or damaged jewelry or valuables that clients choose to bring and remove onsite.
Payments & Insurance
I accept cash, debit, credit, and check at the time the service has been completed. Make all checks payable to "Rebelle Massage LLC." Please take note that once services have been rendered, failure to provide compensation is considered theft of services and will be pursued accordingly.
I do not bill insurance.
Minors
I operate an adult only practice. Clients must be at least 18 years of age to book an appointment with Rebelle Massage.
Safety & Conduct
As a professional licensed massage therapist, I'm committed to providing a safe and enjoyable treatment for every client. The work I do is solely therapeutic and non-sexual in any way. Any sexual comments or advances will result in immediate termination of the service.
